Requests[edit]

Hey, could someone please make this template collapsible? It's getting quite long and could use the same treatment as the gathering tool template. Also, to match this nav with the aura infobox's grey colour, could we switch from orange to that grey, please? Thanks in advance! User Incarnazeus Signature.pngtalk 09:55, 22 October 2018 (UTC)

Added grey. But what should be the text showing when collapsed? The {{Unlimited gathering tool nav}} has Harvesting, Logging, Mining; but here? --Tolkyria (talk) 10:14, 22 October 2018 (UTC)
Thanks! Oh, hm. Would a text be mandatory? I can't think of anything to be honest and there's too many different types, too. :( User Incarnazeus Signature.pngtalk 10:39, 22 October 2018 (UTC)
Added parameter collapsed. Note that currently none of the pages linking to this template have the required |collapsed=y.
You can add any text as subheader by replacing: <!-- Always visible text here --> in the template. --Tolkyria (talk) 10:46, 22 October 2018 (UTC)
Thank you very much! I'll go over the infusions to add the parameter in a bit. :) User Incarnazeus Signature.pngtalk 11:27, 22 October 2018 (UTC)
Default is now collapsed. No need for changing anything anymore. --Tolkyria (talk) 14:05, 22 October 2018 (UTC)
What do you think about showing the full nav on the overview pages, like Chak Infusion and keep the nav hidden on the subpages, like [[Chak Infusion (Power)]]. The extra click to show the nav somehow irritates me. --Tolkyria (talk) 17:05, 23 October 2018 (UTC)

(Reset indent) Sounds good! User Incarnazeus Signature.pngtalk 17:30, 23 October 2018 (UTC)

Infusion template by Apply type or Acquisition way?[edit]

Hello. Currently, the template is arranged by acquisition way, but I'm interested in arranging it as the application type. For example, Ghostly Infusion.pngGhostly Infusion, Peerless Infusion.pngPeerless Infusion are Aura. Polyluminescent Undulating Refractor (Orange).pngPolyluminescent (Orange), Polyluminescent Undulating Refractor (Teal).pngPolyluminescent (Tael) are Dye. Toy-Shell Infusion.pngToy-Shell Infusion, Celestial Infusion (Red).pngCelestial Infusion (Red) are Skin. Heart of the Khan-Ur.pngHeart of the Khan-Ur seems a combination of Skin and Aura. So, We have infusion types of Aura, Dye, Skin. You can stack Aura types again and again, but You can only get one Dye type as well asl one Skin type, but also with 16 Aura infusions if possible. I'm not sure which thing people prefer to see this - by type or by acquisition. But If we set this, People will know which things they can't stack together. How do you think about this kind of arrangement? --Targal (talk) 18:50, 9 October 2019 (UTC)

I like the idea to group it by effect type but I don't think it should be done in the nav. I think it should be added to the table in Cosmetic aura. --BuffsEverywhere (talk) 06:10, 12 October 2019 (UTC)

How many items is too many to show in one nav?[edit]

Title. Approaching or slightly beyond the point that I'd prefer it was just a see also to the overview page. -Chieftain AlexUser Chieftain Alex sig.png 18:34, 29 April 2021 (UTC)

While i think the amount of items is fine (It's certainly less than {{Unlimited gathering tool nav}}.) maybe another form of layout would fit it better/could be used to make it seem less crowded though if that helps? (One resembling e.g. {{Home instance upgrade nav}} for example.) Nightsky (talk) 03:54, 30 April 2021 (UTC)
