Welcome bot. Wrapper template for Template:Welcome to allow the top level template to be substituted (i.e. {{subst:Welcome/wrapper}}) which then becomes {{Welcome}} without any parameters revealing a user's real name plus only leaves a non-substituted template (i.e. remains as {{Welcome}}) on the page source, allowing for the links in the welcome template to be tweaked later without manually visiting each page (could be useful if one page is moved for example).
