Dears, I just had to deal with this NPC as I needed the recipe for Celebratory Meat. I would propose to complete the article with two additional infos, if you believe it makes sense: 1) Vaastas does not turn into merchant immediately after event. Before, he has a dialog with the NPC of the event, Kiboz Rapideater. After that, he goes to the 3 cows, killing each of them. Once done, he walks back to previous location and first then he is turning into merchant. All that goes quite on slow motion, so taking a little while. It could be worth warning about this mandatory waiting time after event? 2) Vaastas is selling one single item: The recipe is required to craft one of the meat part of the Fine Dining collection.
