Chance to gain vigor

To expand on my edit, I just tested using this skill on recharge for the last hour both in and out of combat and gained vigor only 3 times. The chance for regeneration/protection seems to be about the same. ***EAGLEMUT*** TALK 20:05, 10 November 2012 (UTC)
