Fastest acquisition from replaying story chapters

So far I've found the following replay choices give the maximum Tales of Adventure in the shortest time, but there could be better methods:

• Old Friends - skip to the final part of the story in Lornar's Pass (Detention in Shing Jea)
• The Scenic Route - skip to The Scenic Route instance (where you give mai trin noodles)
• Fallout - skip to securing arborstone where you fight the saltspray dragon
• In the Name of the Law - skip to final checkpoint of Kaineng Overlook strike (story mode, use aurene empowerment)
• The Only One - skip to final part of HT temple story (which is just listening to coversations)

Currency list

why is the currency list shown at the bottom? This is neither a currency nor a token.
