Tested it, I couldn't get it to pierce with or without Coated Bullets. Static Discharge creates the illusion of piercing if nearby mobs happen to be standing in a row, however. Maybe that's what you observed? --Idris (talk) 14:54, 15 May 2015 (UTC)
