I found Lady Derwena at the Altar Brook Trading Post in Queensdale. Pact merchant locations seem to rotate.

Logged locations

So far, I've found Derwena at Altar Brook Trading Post, north of Garenhoff, at Shieldbluff Point adjacent to the Broil Cane renoun heart, and at the base of the ramp leading up to the Vigil Keep. It's worth noting that she is VERY bugged; her special vendor icon does not appear over her head or on the overworld map/minimap. Also, she'll tend to appear at two locations a day (if not just always appearing at Garrenhoff in addition to the rotated random location). ---- ᴥ GreyGhost (talk!) ᴥ 08:45, 22 December 2015 (UTC)

Additional locations I've found her at since that December post: At the bridge south of the Portage Hills Vista between Archen Foreland Waypoint and Marshwatch Haven Waypoint, and Mudflat Camp in Bloodtide Coast. A Sylvari in Human Clothing

I just noticed that she is wearing Researcher's Epaulets, a Human cultural armor. Are there other instances of NPCs of one race wearing the cultural armor of a different race, or is this worth a note? Lysander (talk) 14:59, 27 February 2016 (UTC)
