Sorry in advance about the formatting of this message. Under notes it says "The Artisan of Arms achievements are effectively equivalent to the Weapon Master achievements and are earned in the same way. See the Weapon Master Guide for tips on completion." which is not entierly true. having a sword in my hand on necro and having myu minions kill something gives credit for the artisan of arms: necromancer's sword achievement. I even tried attacking at too far range with the sword, not hitting the mob, but aggroing my minions on it and that also gave credit. user:Panzerov

Yes because it was your minion who killed the enemy and not you with the sword. Besides minion kills were counting for scepter anyway. Just dont use minion and kill ambient creatures like rats , spiders and so on. --DiegoDeLaHouska (talk) 13:24, 5 April 2024 (UTC)

Not sure if it was clear but i DID get progress on artisan of arms when the minion killed mobs, with the old weapon master achievements i wouldn't have gotten progress

As long as you "participate" in defeating the enemy while having the weapon equipped in active set, you will get credit for it. The Weapon Master achievement specifically says "killing blow" (i.e. last hit) whereas the Artisan only requires you to "defeat" the enemy. --BryghtShadow (talk) 08:46, 3 May 2024 (UTC)
