Not entirely clear[edit]

It's not entirely clear to me what the conditions for this are. I have gone there several times by myself, usually around 6am CEST / 4am GMT / 9pm PDT, during game-time night, and there she is, with the entire cemetery draped in knee-deep mist. Very atmospheric. If I go there with a friend during real-world CEST evening, say around 9pm CEST / 7pm GMT / 12n PDT, and game-time night, there is no sign of either the mist nor the Lady In White.

If it is a solo-only event, then it's also not clear how you can get a non-gold contribution level... Cynique 03:45, 12 September 2012 (UTC)

Have a feeling it can only be done once per Night Cycle which lasts around 40 minutes every 2 hours. Druakian 05:17, 20 September 2012 (UTC)

Yes, it does look like that. The other day my friend and I did it twice in the same RW evening. It's useful because she counts as a foe type for the daily achievements... 90.84.144.42 08:47, 20 September 2012 (UTC)
I'd say you get non-gold participation by scoring a hit or two on her, after the event has already been mostly completed by someone else. Puk 03:42, 14 January 2013 (UTC)
Apparently the trigger is to talk to the Priest of Grenth while he is there during the day. This will cause her to appear during the evening. SarielV 20 x 20px 20:54, 29 July 2016 (UTC)

Name of the lady[edit]

I just ran across this event for the first time today. I have to say I think it's brilliant! The atmosphere was great! I would like to suggest that the name of the lady during life was "Violet Traipse", as this is the gravestone I saw her visit. Anyone have another suggestion? Razgriz3 19:40, 4 December 2012 (UTC)

The actual NPC name would be nice to have on the page, did you catch that? Manifold User Manifold Neptune.jpg 20:01, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
The actual NPC is just named "Lady in White", both before and after she turns hostile. I'm only suggesting she might have been know as "Violet Traipse" because that's the gravestone I saw her visit. The gravestone may be random. Will need to do the event again to confirm. Razgriz3 21:50, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
No, it's always the same grave. (The name might vary, but it's always in the same place.) Cynique 04:24, 5 December 2012 (UTC)

Event fail[edit]

The event doesn't fail if she kills the escorting character. She just hangs around the cemetery entrance in her aggressive form, while Gravekeeper Dumpy cowers from her. -- kazerniel (talk) 20:07, 22 October 2020 (UTC)
