Since -email and -password are no longer valid, should -nopatchui be placed in /deprecated (since it needs -email and -password to function)? --Inculpatus cedo (talk) 11:31, 27 January 2019 (UTC)

Sounds good. Go ahead. -Chieftain AlexUser Chieftain Alex sig.png 12:03, 27 January 2019 (UTC)
The -nopatchui argument still works, thoguh.
  • Used alone it is useless (will have GW2 run in background waiting for input, with no interface to enter your credentials).
  • However it can be used with -image to download the game in the background (no patcher window, though, so you can't check download progress) and the -image argument will auto-close the patcher once the downloading process is completed (so you can have a shortcut on windows start up to update the game silently, for example).
  • Should also work with -repair (but not recommended, since it can take a really long time (multiple hours) and there will be no way to check the progress).
  • Probably will not work with -autologin, since it just works as "Log in" button, but will wait for the "Play" button to be pressed.
