I trust Louise saw this guy at the time. About two weeks ago, I tracked down a few NPCs she(?) listed in Hoelbrak, and it took about an hour before each of them had filed into the location, one at a time. There's a few others in Hoelbrak I'm still looking for. SarielV 16:35, 2 November 2016 (UTC)
