Will all the 3 weights skins in the wardrobe be unlocked when using one of the equipments?

Since these are obtained as loot, rather than from the Gem Store or as a Living Story reward, I would guess it works the same way as Monocle and the new Adventurer's Mantle - so, no. —Dr Ishmael 14:00, 9 July 2014 (UTC)

Can you mystic forge 4 of these to get an exotic breather?

Interesting idea. Firstly, this item appears to be able to be put into the mystic forge (yay). Secondly, it would depend on the loot table that's been programmed in the mystic forge. I fear your plan may stall out on the second step. There are some exotic PvE aquatic helms, but they may not be on the loot table. G R E E N E R 21:10, 31 July 2016 (UTC)

I doubt anyone has done much research, but I'm going to assume the answer is no based on the only exotic breathers in existence being rare Wintersday drops. You can test the programming easily enough if you go grab 4 masterwork breathers, forge them, and see if you even get an aquabreather back, masterwork or rare. I don't think that will work either.
