The bug is not true as stated. You need to be alive to complete the achievement. However, it is true that stacks accumulate while dead, so if you Revive orb after being dead for a bit, you'll get it. 184.175.44.75 04:30, 20 December 2016 (UTC)

Icon bug

So it seems like the icon for this achiev template is not appearing properly everywhere, and I'm not sure why. If you look at Bitterfrost Frontier Insight: The Svanir Hive, the icon is missing completely, and if you look at Precocious Aurene#Achievements, only one of the 3 boxes has the icon. I've tried doing a page purge both here and on the pages but haven't seen any changes. Ideas? -Darqam 05:14, 21 January 2017 (UTC)

Maybe it's on crack? =3 (sorry couldn't resist). I noticed if you mouse over the text, a 4 digit number appears, not sure if that helps any, but figured I'd mention it. - Do_odleplex 05:40, 21 January 2017 (UTC)

Thanks for the prompt - I've fixed a long term bug which was causing this. Basically the icon wasn't being set properly on the achievements page. (Basically if you purged the page, it removes all properties, then the header and row templates set their semantic properties at the same time (and at that point, the self query, {{#show:{{PAGENAME}}|?<property name> }} in the row template fails to find any properties set by the header template)). -Chieftain Alex 16:48, 21 January 2017 (UTC)

3 achievements listed here do not belong

This article lists 25 achievements although only 21 of them are "Crack In The Ice" (CITI) achievements, which is clearly spelled out in the CITI Mastery (first item on this list), which states that you must "complete All 21 (CITI) Achievements". CITI Mastery is included in the 25 count of CITI achievements which is technically false but is appropriate to be listed as it is. I'm not sure why the other 3 outliers are included in this list, other than they occur in Bitterfrost. The three outliers are Cultural Attache, Gift of Aurene (although this is required for the Bitterfrost Frontier Master collection), and Heart/Moxie/Sweaters. These three should not be listed here as they do not count towards CITI, with Cultural Attache being the worst offender as it costs several gold and karma (21,000?) as well as travelling all over the map to complete.

It seems to me that the way to list these is to have a Bitterfrost Achievements page or section on the main Bitterfrost page, listing all 25 (with the 21+1 being marked as CITI and linking to this page once it is corrected). Yes, this will create some redundant info, but it will be clear to people doing the Aurora achievements, which is probably the majority of readers who come here for a comprehensive list of the category. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 205.220.208.215 (talk) at 05:31, 16 January 2023‎ (UTC).

The three achievements might not contribute to the mastery but that is not the defining factor for them being listed on this page. The wiki documents the game as is and as such the three achievements are listed on this achievements category page. Change to diving achievement

The mechanics of the diving achievement seem to have been changed. You can no longer break through the ice and get the achievement in one dive. Now your first dive still breaks the ice, but it kills you and you get no achievement; you need to make a second dive through the hole you made in the ice. (I think you can just jump in from the surface, you don't need to do the full dive again.) The ice refreezes fairly quickly, it isn't possible to fly back from the nearest waypoint quickly enough, so you need either a revive orb or someone with you to revive you.
