Surveilled is an effect present on Scholar Glenna throughout the Siege the Stronghold encounter in the third raid wing of the Forsaken Thicket. Upon reaching 0 stacks, 4 White Mantle Seekers will spawn on top of Glenna and attempt to kill her. The stacks begin to decrease once no players are within 1,000 range of her. Stacks will go back up once any player enters this range.
