What plans?

These papers there on my desk. If you blast through here like a cub on honey, you could blow the whole stack out of order.

What are they plans for?

Design updates for our war machines. We know how to make tanks, and we know how to make turrets. A combination of both should be unstoppable. Not to mention, really scary.

You've actually done it?

So far, only on paper. I still have to run field tests, but I've figured out how to stabilize the turret on a moving tank. That was the hard part.
