“Shared AgonyCairn causes agony so intense that it spreads to the target's nearby allies.

— In-game description
Cairn initially selects a target at maximum range from him to place the effect Shared Agony on. Starting at 7:37 on the timer and every 20 seconds afterwards, the farthest player from Cairn that is not currently afflicted with Shared Agony will receive the debuff. It lasts ~1 minute so 3 people are affected at maximum (or 4 for a very short time).
