Refugee Froya is an NPC involved in the Flame and Frost story. He can be found in the refugee camp near Might and Main in Hoelbrak.

- My homestead was one of the first attacked. When I arrived in Hoelbrak, there was food and goodwill enough to go around, but now things are getting...cramped.
What's changed?
- Too many people and not enough supplies. Things have gotten so desperate that Wolfborn are now turning refugees away. Spirits guide them.
