Race Registration is an effect applied during races in the Bazaar Docks. It is used in Skimmer Slalom: A race is starting soon! to show that you're ready for the upcoming race, Skimmer Slalom: Reach the finish line!, and in Sign up for the Flying Dolyak race! to show that you're ready for Flying Dolyak: Reach the finish line!
