“You are partially rested. Return to Arborstone Inn to finish resting before the timing expires to complete your rest. If you log out or change maps, you will lose your progress towards resting.

Partially Rested is an effect which activates whenever a character is in Arborstone. If the character spends four hours in Arborstone - in or out of game - they will receive a rested effect dependent on their level of the Arborstone Revitalization mastery.
