Pact Supplies are objects in Verdant Brink and are used to upgrade rally points. Additional supply can be recovered or Pact allies can be escorted to the rally point. Increasing the supply improves the rally points' defenses and brings additional allies to the area.
Other Pact Supplies can be searched during the story instance Prisoners of the Dragon.
