Mysterious Soggy Bags were event items found on the beaches of Lion's Arch during the Invasion of Lion's Arch meta event. They opened conversation options with Inspector Ellen Kiel.
Acquisition[edit]
- From Sealed Cargo Barrels (needs a crowbar to open) on the western beaches of Lion's Arch.
