Monti Scythescrape[1] is a charr soldier who has been dealing discreetly with Rox. When questioned by the Pact Commander in Camp Resolve, neither Monti nor Rox are willing to divulge the exact details of how they know one another although Monti does not seem to hold Rox in high regard.

- Although the charr Pact Commander notes that Monti does not appear to be wearing any legion or order gear that would identify him, Monti is in fact wearing tier 3 of charr cultural medium armor with a red color scheme, suggesting a potential affiliation with the Blood Legion.
