Notes[edit]
- Spawns a Fractal Vindicator when a player enters the downed state.
- Only one Fractal Vindicator can spawn per player. E.g. If a player goes downed two times in a row, they will only spawn one Vindicator unless the previous one was killed.
- Fractal Vindicators persist until killed.
