Miranda is a human found outside The Hawkgates. When Miranda is active a player can speak to her to start the event: Defeat the giant branded devourer which spawns a Champion Giant Branded Devourer. If the Champion Giant Branded Devourer has already been spawned by another player then the quest dialogue will show the Champion Giant Branded Devourer in whatever state of health it is at the present.
