Miner Toska is a miner working in the Prosperity Mine. Toska survived Mordremoth's attack on the Town of Prosperity, but seems oblivious to anything around her, including the destruction itself.

- Something's not right with the mine, but I can't put my finger on it. It's not as stable.
Maybe you should go outside and look around.
