3 of these Magnificent Chests are found in the final room of the darkness maze in Zen Daijun. The room can be accessed by a portal in the form of a pillar of light that spawns after killing the 3rd champion inside the maze.

If you missed the portal or forgot to loot all 3 chests then you can find the portal again at the start of the maze at Spirit Vestibule if you have already beaten the champions that day. The chests can be opened once per day per account.
