Loilesh
Loilesh is a Quaggan refugee who was heading to Fort Trinity before being spooked by some risen hylek. If you remove the risen Hylek threat from Mirror's Handle, she will come out of hiding and hang out near Scout Variloo.

- Ooo, quaggan was swimming East, to the safe place called Fort Trinity. Icky corpsified hylek rushed into the waters. Quaggan hid in the seaweed.
It seems safe now. What will you do next?
- Quaggan will rest here as long as it's safe, then quaggan will swim east to safe waters and onto land. Quaggan's skin itches on land, but it's better to itch than smell undead things on the tides.
No argument there.
