The Inquest Chest appears in the Inquest Biocauldron Alchemics lab located in Michoan Marsh. To gain access the chest you need to use an Inquest Golem Arm (bundle) on the panel located next to the door. The arm drops when the Veteran Mark II Golem in the upstairs part of the lab is killed. Don't mistake this for the Inquest Golem Arm sold by a Renown Heart NPC.
Indri will spawn and Defeat the enlarged Inquest agent will begin once the door is opened. Indri must be defeated before the chest can be opened.
