Getting there[edit]
From 
Astral Ward Camp Waypoint — , travel north towards Heitor's Dominion until you reach The Waters of Regret, from there go towards the waterfall going north and take a Skyscale or Glide towards the branch containing the mastery point. Make sure to not fall into the pit or you will be teleported.
