- The tiger was certainly here, but it's left the area. The freshest of the tracks leads south into the mountains.

Notes[edit]
- The journal will direct you to Loreclaw Waypoint. It's tempting to think that the next clue is in the puzzle, but you really only need to travel east along the shore to find Signs of Tiger Habitation. Investigating will give you the next journal entry.
