Heart of the Brandstorm is an environmental hazard effect that affects player characters entering the area around Dragon's Snare in Dragonfall before the Brandstorm collapses during the Break the Crystal Dragon meta event.
When player character's, or mount's, health is reduced to zero while under this effect, they are instantly defeated, rather than Downed.
