What's going on here?

Joko's loyalist rats double-crossed us by posing as recruits. Thank Kormir we found them before they could lead the Mordant Crescent back here to us.

How did you find them out?

An Order of Shadows agent overheard some recruits whispering about reporting back to the authorities after a training exercise here.

What do you plan to do with the loyalists?
