Fractal Champion is an effect granted by Mist Attunement 3.
Mechanics[edit]
- Increases both strike damage and condition damage.
- The self-healing is affected by reductions like Poisoned or Agony and incoming healing increases like Vital Persistence or Eternal Oasis, but not by Healing Power. It can generate Astral force.
