The Eternal Flame is an object that grants Carrier of the Flame effect.

Prove yourself in a flame legion tradition. Carry the flame to the top of this tower and unlock the treasure we've placed there.

For the legions.

Wait. Carry fire? Without a torch?

The fire will burn you, it's true. But it will not end you. If you prove unable to hold it, it will dissipate before your demise.
