Epharr the Third, also known as Squigg, is a young asura who claims to be an "expert" on hylek. He is hiding in the bushes with his sister Winni, west of Hazupl Grounds in the Caledon Forest.

Hello there. Who are you? I'm Epharr the Third, but my friends call me Squigg. I'm an expert on hylek. Like, did you know that hylek have a highly sensitive tongue?

No, I didn't.

It's true. Sensitive, tactile, and extremely nimble. I've observed the hylek attempt to catch a bug sixty-six times, and not once did they miss. I have thirty-four more to go before I have my data pool.

What else do you know about hylek?

They practice alchemy, small "a." It's kind of cute, really, the way they mix their potions and poisons. They're so serious, like they're doing something complicated.

Poor primitive creatures still worship the sun. It's adorable! They think that big orange ball in the sky is a god! They pray to it!
