I'm working on a new alloy for our tanks. The armor we have now is strong, but the weight slows the vehicles down.

But isn't lighter armor more vulnerable?

Normally, yes. But I'm working on an alloy that, if layered in thin sheets, would be significantly lighter and stronger. It could make iron obsolete.
