Donate to the scientist to help unlock Mystic Forge secrets is a dynamic event that occurs at the Trader's Forum of Lion's Arch only during Mystic Forge secrets events.

- Shipments depart every 5 minutes.
- The community completed the event after a June 13, 2019 update[1] which required Volatile Magic, and unlocked the Mystic forge recipe for the exotic sword Old Ascalon.
- The community completed another event after an October 25, 2019 update[2] which required Karma, and unlocked the Mystic forge recipe for the exotic greatsword Salvation (weapon).
