Five Disc Hollows can be found during the second phase of the puzzle section of Facing the Truth. The player is tasked with obtaining the five corresponding Symbol Discs from the handmaidens of Kormir nearby and slotting them into the correct hollow. The hollows will glow while their corresponding discs are held by the player.

- The wedge piece fits securely in the cavity, but there appears to be a round recess where a disc-shaped piece could fit.
Leave the hollow alone.
- While holding the wrong disc
- Although the disc is the correct size and shape, the symbol on the surface does not appear to match the surrounding pieces.
- Walk away.
