Defeat Karas the Undying is a level 76 event that takes place in Theater of Delight. To start the event, one must /kneel at the bloody altar northwest of the Melandru statue while the skulls' eyes are lit up. The skulls are activated by the start of Escort troops to the Eastern Colonnade camp (you don't need to complete the escort).
