- This item was offered for free in the Gem Store from August 25 to September 12 as part of the celebration of the launch of Guild Wars 2.
- This item was changed to a consumable on April 15, 2014 game update. Players can convert their town clothing into a consumable at the Black Lion Trader (Armorsmith).
