Bengt Tovasson is Fourth Veil of the Mesmer Collective. He sends a letter to Kasmeer Meade on behalf of the Collective, which can be found on a table in the Dead End.

- Based on his surname and his professed unfamiliarity with "the intricacies of human scandals," he is likely a norn.
- Bengt did not exist in the original Sky Pirates release; he was retroactively written in for the 2022 re-release of Sky Pirates.
