Angry Villagers are Elonian humans suffering under the rule of Palawa Joko and his Mordant Crescent. They can be found protesting infront of the main gate to Palawadan, Jewel of Istan. Those who found the courage to come closer to the gate are immediately killed by the Mordant Crescent's forces.

All the supplies from the mainland travel through Palawadan, and since Joko's war with Balthazar, food has been scarce. Scarcer still with those thieves hoarding it for themselves.
