• Dropped by Risen enemies in the Murkvale area of Mount Maelstrom. Seems like Human female Risen has a lot higher drop rate.

Notes

Anomaly:

If the item is deleted before giving it to Crusader Aliyana it will not drop from the enemies again.

• Once returned to Crusader Aliyana, players are rewarded with the completion of Aliyana's Peace for the Howler III: Howl collection.
