Ace Racer is an effect that can be acquired by finishing a race around the Mad King's Labyrinth during Halloween, Divinity's Reach during Lunar New Year, and the Labyrinthine Cliffs or Crown Pavilion during the Festival of the Four Winds within the 
Time Trial duration. It lasts 20 minutes, and is removed upon leaving the instance.
