Walkthrough[edit]
- Ride a skyscale or griffon from the southern gate of the Wizard's Tower to the blue orb near the Beacon of Ages Waypoint at Wizard's Ascent in under 10 minutes without dismounting or teleporting. The starting place may be identified by the
Achievement Eligibility: ...Back Again effect appearing on the player's bar while mounted on a griffon or skyscale. - The blue orb is located at the tower in Wizard's Ascent, very close to Beacon of Ages Waypoint.
- You must be mounted and step onto the stairs outside the gate, which will give an eligibility buff to indicate that you've started it and show the timer. The timer on the buff will reset every 5 seconds until you leave the stairs.
- Using the griffon flying straight down from Southern Wizard's Tower Under Droknar's Light and Jade Mech Habitation Zone 03 it's possible to do this in less than 1 minute.
Trivia[edit]
- There and... Back Again is a direct reference to the full name of J.R.R. Tolkien's The Hobbit, or There and Back Again. There and Back Again is also the name the protagonist, Bilbo, gives his own in universe book chronicling his adventures. The player is asked to return from Wizard's Tower to Beacon of Ages in generous timeframe, much like the characters of The Hobbit spend very long time travelling to their goal destination.
