Walkthrough[edit]
Head to the nearest Oil Reclamation Pump to acquire the Oil Reclamation Pump special action skill. Oil elementals will continuously spawn and their attacks will create patches of slippery oil on the ground, which can be vacuumed with the special action skill. The vaccuum skill can be used while mounted, and being on a mount will ignore the slipperyness of the oil patches. A bar above your character will indicate how much oil you are holding. Return to the Oil Reclamation Pump to empty your oil.
Standing in the oil patches applies the 
Sweet Crude effect, making the ground slippery.
