The Campaign Against Taidha Covington is a meta event that takes place in Bloodtide Coast. This meta event will not trigger if Protect Bill and Hekja as they clear Risen from the area is active. The event is ensured to begin once the NPCs Bill Kinsey, Hekja Ravensbeak, and Lionscout Jenny have left the island. They will be seen swimming away after the aforementioned group event, to return with the Lion's Arch Galleon. If they stay on the island, however, the same aforementioned event will repeat itself shortly afterwards, thus not starting the meta event.

Dynamic events

• The Lionguard are preparing to attack Laughing Gull Island and Taidha Covington.
  • Defend Lionguard supplies from the Inquest assault (49)
• The Lionguard have a ship waiting to bombard Covington Keep, but they must destroy the defenses to Port Noble first.
  • Eliminate the cannons at the northern defensive tower (49)
  • Capture Taidha Covington's southern defensive tower (49)
• The Lionguard are pouring their resources into knocking down the gate to Covington Keep.
  • Defend the galleon and help it destroy Taidha's gate (50)
• Taidha Covington is inside her keep, making her last stand against the Lionguard.
  • [Group Event] Kill Admiral Taidha Covington (50)
• Taidha Covington has been defeated, and Laughing Gull Island is controlled by the Lionguard.

At this point an event loop starts with Defend Lionguard Lindi as she searches for buried treasure, followed by Protect Bill and Hekja as they clear Risen from the area.

Notes

• If Defend Lionguard supplies from the Inquest assault is active on Stormbluff Isle to the Northeast, this meta event will not start.
• The event "Protect Bill and Hekja as they clear Risen from the area" must be repeated until NPCs leave the island. There is a chance that the NPCs leave the island and start the assault. Once they've left, there will be about 15-20 minutes to wait before the Lionguards come back. You have to leave someone by Lionscout Jenny, or else she will die as soon as you finish Protect Bill and Hekja as they clear Risen from the area and the next event will not start.
• The boss of the final event awards the Kill the Hydra Queen achievement.
• A Glorious chest spawns upon completion of Kill Admiral Taidha Covington.
• Lionscout Jenny will not leave the island if Lionguard Lindi is dead. Make sure the event Defend Lionguard Lindi as she searches for buried treasure has been completed!

Anomaly.You will only receive credit for the achievement Kill the Hydra Queen if Jenny is alive when the Admiral dies.
