- Could be given to Collector Terksli in Trader's Forum during Halloween 2014 to enter a raffle for rare Halloween weapon skins.
- Prizes were be handed out after Halloween 2014.
- Each wrapper represented one ticket in the raffle; thus, submitting more wrappers would increase your odds of winning an item.
