Collector Terksli is a skritt found in The Vaults. He was previously collecting Shiny Foil Candy Wrappers. He claims to have found a box containing Halloween skins, and submitting wrappers to him will enter the player into a raffle to win these skins. He has since then been employed by Evon Gnashblade and can presently be found in The Vaults in the rebuilt Lion's Arch.

- Old-style tickets can be still redeemed by including them in inventory when talking to the vendor. This triggers an additional dialogue that lets you choose the skin.

Terksli had a vendor window listing the prizes for his raffle, with Shiny Foil Candy Wrapper Contribution as the "currency". This UI was non-functional and was only intended to showcase the prizes: players who submitted a winning wrapper had their randomly-selected prize mailed directly to them by Terksli.
