Patch	Changes
February 27, 2024	Motivating Whirl has been added to the game. Reduced the base barrier from 476 to 251. Reduced the healing power coefficient from 0.6 to 0.3 in PvE and from 0.6 to 0.15 in WvW and PvP. Reduced the power coefficient from 1.0 to 0.667 in WvW and PvP.
